The meals served were incredible! the vegetarian option was delicious, presented exquisitely and we thoroughly savored it. We also enjoyed the traditional Ryokan-style rooms that were exquisite, large and comfortable. the location of the village was breathtaking and made for a memorable city break. Strolling through the charming streets, taking in the sights by day and night, proved to be an excellent experience.
Although the premises were satisfactory, there were some downsides. we found it challenging to locate the hotel without any apparent signs.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, complete with traditional tatami flooring and futon beds. The breakfast provided was also incredible, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions.

The hotel had a great location near a popular onsen village. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave us a small gift on Christmas day, which made the experience more special. The room was also spacious and had traditional Japanese decoration, which added to the ambiance.
The hotel's amenities were not up to par for the price we paid. The hot bath was small and dirty, which made it uninviting to use.

We stayed in a hotel located in a cozy, rural village with an awesome atmosphere. the hotel staff greeted us politely and was helpful. the rooms were spacious, Japanese style with a good view. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with traditional and modern dishes that were well worth the price. the hotel offered an excellent onsen bath and a hot spring nearby which we could use. We also admired the stunning view of the mountains from the hotel's garden.
The shuttle bus service was not convenient for foreign tourists, as there was no English sign to guide us.
